We were approached to help oversee marketing and digital services for the 2022 IFSCC Congress, the world’s largest cosmetic formulation event, held over three days at the prestigious Park Plaza Westminster. Starting the project in 2018, we supported every aspect of the Congress’s digital presence and branding, working up until the event itself in 2022.
Our team provided on-site tech support during the event to ensure all digital and interactive elements ran smoothly for attendees and organizers. Our contributions included developing a dynamic website, managing social media channels, creating a custom event app, and producing engaging video content. We also played a pivotal role in securing high-profile sponsors, bringing on board industry leaders like L’Oréal and Chanel. In addition, we created an extensive range of branded materials, from stationery and floorplans to exhibition graphics, ensuring a cohesive and professional look throughout the venue.
